IPOD destroyed in blender

Destroying iPads

Re-searching other people breaking ipads immediately leads me the line of context. This video for example, is clearly not intended as an artistic venture, experiment or piece of work in any way. If I made a video of destroying an iPad, what would be the difference between my work and videos like the above? It seems almost only the context intended by the creator decides whether it sits in the art world or non-art world.
